<p>It’s a bummer, but schools can do that if they apply the policy equally to all students. I know it’s not good news, but at least you know why now.</p>
<p>I understand why they do it, but I’m kind of annoyed with the fact that they change the FAFSA to match their policies, when it’s not a document specific to the school. She is getting financial aid, so it’s not negatively affecting her.</p>
