School details, mine or counselors?

<p>My counselor asked me to confirm which details are supposed to be filled on his Common App guidance counselor form.
Is it the school he is from or the school he is currently working at?</p>

<p>I know its a pretty dumb question, but he didn't want any confusions, especially since its his first time. Also, what about the recommenders/teachers(the same question).</p>

<p>That form is looking for information from the counselor about the school you (the student applicant) attend.</p>
