School Forms- "assigned" vs "complete"?

<p>When you look at the "My Colleges" section, there is a green triangle (which is supposed to mean "complete") to the left of "Payments" and "School Report". However, to the right of
"Payments" it says "completed 9/8/12". However, to the right of "School Report" it says "Assigned 9/11/12". Here's my question: I think the School Report is done. When we click the purple "School Forms" tab on the left, you can read "Submitted (date)" next to each of the 2 teachers and next to the counselor's name. So why doesn't it say "Completed 10/30/12" (today was the day that the final teacher submitted her letter) instead of "Assigned (date)"? Is it because the Mid-Year Report has not been done yet?</p>

<p>Probably because of the mid year report. I have the same problem, even though both teacher recommendations and guidance counselor recommendations say submitted next to them, it still says assigned, not complete</p>

<p>Thanks, greyslover11! If we both have this, it is likely the way it is supposed to be until time for the Mid-Year Report. Does anybody else see this even when your teacher/counselor reports already say “submitted”?</p>

<p>I applied Early Action to Bentley University (Deadline is tomorrow) and I am in the exact same situation you are in. I am assuming that “Assigned” means that it is all set and ready to go hopefully. Here is what it looks like for me… </p>

<p>Click on the school forms section and actually see if your teachers have submitted them.</p>

<p>Both my teachers have submitted their recommendations. My counselor has uploaded my school report, but not my optional/midyear/final report which obviously can’t be uploaded since it is only the beginning of the school year.</p>

<p>Thanks for your input. Zombiedante, yes I did check and both teachers and the counselor have submitted (says “submitted (date)” next to each of their names). Yet when I first go to My Colleges section of the CA, it says “Completed (date)” next to Payments, but says “Assigned (date)” next to School Forms. Looks like it is the very same for Chromeplaya, so this must be how it is supposed to be! I bet that in January once the Mid-Year Report is sent in, it will change to “Completed” (or maybe not til the End-of-Year Report is sent in ).</p>

<p>I think it will forever be “assigned” because it saying that your part is finished.</p>
