<p>On my Yale supplement, it says that my school forms are incomplete, but its says my counselor and two teachers have submitted their recommendations. I'm wondering if it just says incomplete because I didn't fill out a third teacher, or what? I just saw this, so I'm uneasy, seeing as the Yale app is due in a few hours. </p>

<p>Don’t sweat. Whatever is missing (if anything) will be noticed by the file readers and appropriate requests made to complete your file. You won’t be penalized. Yale *actually wants * to read your file and find a reason to admit you.</p>

<p>Its incomplete because you obviously didn’t submit the midyear and final year reports.
