Hi,

I'm applying to Yale RD and I gave my college counselor the Common App school report but forgot to give her the supplemental school report form. And since the school is on holiday, I can't get the sheet filled out until Jan 4. Should I wait and send all the materials together? Or should I just send it what I have now and send in the school report supplement on the 4th?

SEND IN WHAT YOU HAVE NOW!!!!
As long as they get your part on time, it's all good. Recs, school report, counselor report, etc. can all go in later, but it's better to have it ASAP.

like10thousand is right. Send your part of the application to Yale immediately. They won't discount you if your GC's forms or teacher recs get in a little later than your stuff.

thanks for the quick reply. Just another question though. I have all the teacher recs/forms sealed in one package (with the school stamp) while all my stuff is in another. Should I just send my stuff first and reseal my teacher recs/forms with the missing form or should I just send everything I have now and just send the missing form by itself later?

Send the missing form by itself later on; it won't make a difference. Schools are always receiving random things from applicants. Just make sure that you indicate who you are and exactly what it is you're sending so it can make its way to your file easily.
