<p>So I applied as an SCEA international student on Nov 3rd and received my Eli account this tuesday. When I logged in to verify my application checklist I noticed that both the school report and the mid-year report appear as not received. If for the mid-year report I'm not worried since it's due when available (that being the end of the semester) it's the school report that worries me.
On both my account and my counselor's account it appears as downloaded (on Nov 4th).
What do you think I should do? </p>
<p>PS: I wrote an e-mail to office of admission, still haven't receive an aswer. I'm guessing they have tons of other enquiries before they get to process mine.</p>

<p>well, apparently, I’m answering my own question 
I just called their office of admissions and was told that there have been some problems with the Common App webiste, so my counselor has to personally resend the info. Anyone knows where I can find the School Report for 2014 pdf online? I’d be a million times grateful.</p>
<p>I think you should talk to your school, especially your counselor to get the school report. It is probably already in PDF format. Otherwise, you can scan and convert it to PDF easily.</p>
<p>Well as an international student, none of my school officials nor my counselor’s knows much about the common app or anything related to applying in the USA. (Apparently, I am the only one applying in a looong time).
So, they pretty much have no idea as where to get these materials. (not to talk about getting them to complete the common app online). Now, I know so far it sounded a bit mean of me to say this and it’s not my point. I totally understand the fact that it is hard and demanding for them to do it. So I am trying to help as much as possible. That’s why I’m so keen on finding that pdf version.
I asked people from the common app, but they were so vague…</p>
<p>PS: Oh, and perhaps I didn’t make myself clear. By school report I mean the whole package, not just the transcript. All those boxes to tick and questions to answer online. I saw a pdf version for it online but for 2012. All I need is this year’s version.</p>
<p>My understanding is that each school does it differently for school report. There is no standard form.</p>
