I am a rising senior and have toured many schools. I have fallen in love with Notre Dame and Duke and was wondering what other schools are similar to them. I'm looking for schools with similar academics (strength in the biology program is important), similar collaborative culture, community feel, and lots of spirit. Your responses are greatly appreciated!

Vanderbilt, UVA, Colgate, Wake Forest, Lehigh, USC, Boston College

The following are elite schools that have similar cultures of excellence, community and school spirit and they are often grouped together as peer schools with ND and Duke:

Boston College, Georgetown, Vanderbilt, UVA, Wake Forest, USC, and Michigan

Rice university

For good schools that might be not be as difficult in terms of admission: Syracuse and Villanova

Northwestern

I’d imagine UNC is not too far off.

That’s k’s for the responses. I forgot to mention I’m looking for schools no bigger than about 10000 undergrad
