Still Looking For a Boarding School?

I just got this link from the Stuart Hall School (apparently, it's in Virginia), and it's still accepting applications now!

Still looking for a boarding school for 2013-2014? Our rolling admission policy means you can apply over the summer.

I'm looking at you, stargirl3! :) I really hope that all of the people who really want to go to BS will.

Just got this link, too. Staunton had the reputation in the long ago past (40 years or more, let’s say) of being rather conservative a place. I wouldn’t be able to say much about its current state, or that of Stuart Hall. But it is in a lovely Blue Ridge setting, tucked between the George Washington National Forest and the university town of Charlottesville 40 miles and 48 minutes to the east (includes airport). Hmmm.

Haha, I got the email as well. I think it’s because of something you subscribe to via the SSAT website. I’ve never heard of it, but it looks like a decent school…

SSAT always publishes the schools that are still accepting applications for the fall. If you go on their website you can search by state. A smattering of schools that still have openings: Westtown, Peddie, Tabor, Tilton, Ethel Walker, Portsmouth Abbey etc.

Oh wow, I just found this while reading GoldenRatio’s old posts. This girl never fails to impress me. :D

It’s great to still have the opportunity to consider these later deadline schools. If u decide to submit an application to the school, just make sure u are actually willing to attend there.

I did notice that the NMH deadline isn’t until Feb 1 & there is still time to visit. It’s on Gateway so an easy addition if people are looking to add a fantastic school to their list.
