Schools that will give me a full ride

I'm a high school senior with good stats. There are a lot of colleges I would like to go to, but I'm in an unusual financial aid situation. On the books, I qualify for little or no need-based aid, but due to unforeseen circumstances, my family is unable to help pay for college.

Here's some information about me:

State: Louisiana
ACT: 31
GPA: 3.8
A few EC's:
*Speech & Debate President, JCL (Junior Classical League), Young Democrats
*Ambassadors, tech squad, and (hopefully) NHS.
*Currently doing two-year internship with the National Park Service as part of my school's required work service.
*Scored 2nd in state in computer science my freshman year and Maxima Cum Laude (2nd place) on National Latin Exam.
*200+ service hours at a hospital and summer camp, designed website for Katrina-affected hospital and school, plus more.
*I am also Founder and Editor-in-Chief of my own technology news site, PCfastlane.com, overseeing the work of other writers and receiving attention from the likes of Dell and USA Today. I also own a few other sites that make up my online business that earn thousands per year (but not nearly enough to pay for college).

I attend a state-run school that teaches college classes taught by Ph.D professors. These are just a few classes I'm taking next year:
Physics III, Calculus II, Calculus III, Adv. Latin Poetry, U.S. Foreign Policy, British Literature, Adv. Expository Writing, and Emergence of Modern Russia II.

What are some schools that will give me a full ride? I don't care where it is in the country, but I would rather not attend an overly religious or conservative school. Thanks in advance.

Are you a NMS semifinalist (which will hopefully turn into NMF)? This designation would be especially helpful for your purposes. If not, searching will require a bit more work, but it will be worth your time. I know that Auburn has some good OOS scholarships, as do many public colleges, for high stats kids. I don't know how a 31 fits in, though ... it might not net you full rides the way a NMF would.

Search for momfromtexas's past threads. You will need to look at third- and fourth-tier publics, probably.

Even at many State Us your stats will not get you a full ride. At my daughter's university (a large State U) a 31 ACT would get you a $3000 tuition waiver. Increasing it to 32 (she retook it after acceptance to get that extra point) would give the possibility of a full tuition waiver (for instate students - instate tuition for oos) plus @ $3000 towards other expenses. Not a full ride by any means but definitely helpful.

Have you looked at Tulane? They have separate scholarships for Louisiana residents.
