I'm planning on taking the December LSAT and I want to begin applying to law school during this year's admission cycle. However, I've heard that for many schools, it's better to apply as early as possible. However, there's no way I can take an earlier test date. So my question, which top 50 schools should I apply to which still take in a considerable amount of students after December, particularly those with good public interest programs?

Thanks in advance!

Why are you in such a rush?

I agree. Results for the december exam do not come out until the last week in december. Even if the rest of your application is ready, it probably won’t go to committee until some time late January/early February. If you need $$ to make it happen (disregard if you are independently wealthy), most monies will be gone. What happens if you don’t get the score needed to make you a competitive applicant to a top 50 program and you may need a retake?
