Are there any good/interesting/not so hard courses to satisfy the Core science requirement for someone who really does not like and is not very good at science?

There's a whole set of courses (ex: physics for poets). And most of the soft sciences (ie psych) will fulfill the requirement.

There's plenty of cushy science courses in addition to the famous Physics for Poets -- geology, astronomy, ecology / environmental / earth science stuff, etc.

All math courses will satisfy science requirements too, so if you're more of a math person than science, you could take a calculus or statistics or something like that. Also, keep in mind that science courses are separated from labs, which isn't usually the case in high school, so if you're trying to steer clear of sciences because of labs, you don't have to take the lab section.
