So next year everyone in our school has to do a science fair project as part of our bio class. I thought I'd try and get a head start (read: not be stressed later on), and at least think of an idea. However, I'm kinda new to doing... science, and I really can't think of anything. How do you guys think of ideas? (I'm not really the most creative person in the world...).

Just steal on old experiment off the internet. That’s how the cool kids do it :)

We did a science fair project for FAME this summer. And they gave us this website, sciencebuddies.com. They have an array of projects to choose from. The projects are too simple though…basic stuff

If you’re serious about the science fair, you need to be serious about finding a professor to work with.

The science fair isn’t always about presenting your own ideas(unless you have really exceptional ones). Since most people aren’t that exceptional at the high school age, most people present ongoing research from their local university or professors. You’ll notice this trend especially at the national level in the science fair.

I had wanted to find someone to work with this summer, but the people I asked either didn’t respond, or said they were on vacation. :/
