Science, Reading, and Time

I can get 35-36 on Math and English within the allotted time all day long; however, when I get down to the English and Science sections, I find myself missing 1 question through the first 30 or so, and then guessing on the rest because I only have minutes left. I know I'm a slow reader, but sheesh, you have to be a whiz to get through these sections.

Any tips or suggestions pertaining to increasing efficiency on these sections? Thanks.

Practice, practice, practice.

And don't read the science passages- go straight to the questions. SKIM them if necessary.

are you positive the questions can be answered correctly without having to read any passage ever?

I got a 33 on science and a 32 on reading on the June test date last year, what I did was read through the questions and then skim the passages for key words that were in the questions, most of the answers could be found this way. On the rare occasion that they couldn't, I would skip them an come back later to spend more time on them... but get the easy ones out of the way first and spend more time on the harder more time consuming questions...

Take thousands of practice tests. Go go go go. Start now.

I got a 36 on the science. I didn't read any of the passages, except 1 small part when it was asking about the student's experiment rather than a graph.
