science research competitions?

I was wondering what science research competitions are available for high school seniors - ones that include behavioral sciences.
This year I entered both JSHS and my ISEF regional fair. I know for seniors there are these 2 as well as STS and Siemen's, but I cannot enter Siemen's as they do not allow behavioral projects (which really annoys me...behavioral is just as scientific as all of the other categories).
Anyone know of any other competitions I can enter next year?

can you enter Siemens as a junior?
there are a lot of regional/state competitions, look around

^Only as part of a team.

Can the teachers at your school who helped you with the entry forms for JSHS and your regional ISEF fair provide you with more information about opportunities that your project is suited for?

Without knowing anything about your project except that it's classified as behavioral, it's hard to offer suggestions. It's also hard to know whether your project might possibly be one that actually could be entered in the Siemens competition - for example, neuroscience projects that local fairs might categorize as behavioral occasionally end up being submitted, if there's a significant "hard" science element to the project (e.g., bio, chem, physics, computer science). Again, your teachers/advisers would know.

Our research program has only been running for a few years, and these are the only competitions my advisors know of. My project involves the observation of vertebrate animals, so Siemen's won't accept it.

what state do you live in? PM me if you dont want to post it, but i can probably help you find a few

If your research is actually that good, submit it to a journal like Nature.

The Cogito website has information about a lot of competitions.

yheah i'd lke to know as well for next yer. im from nj

You should be able to enter the Intel Talent Search. They include behavioral sciences as well as hard sciences in their competition.
