does anyone know of any astronomy summer program that offers financial aid eligible for international students?? (im hispanic)

YSPA http://yspa.yale.edu/ (mainly only for the summer after junior year)

Some of these may not be able to provide financial aid for international travel.
YSPA is now admitting rising juniors as well as rising seniors, and they offer financial aid for international students, including travel.
