Sciences Po and Columbia Dual BA Program

Hi,
I’m starting my senior year in Spain this fall and I was interested in the Sciences Po and Columbia Dual BA Program (the European-Asian one) and I was wondering if I have to take the SAT.
I never really considered going to college in the USA because it’s crazy expensive but I really liked this dual degree.
So, I’m currently in the ‘Bachibac’ Program (French Baccalauréat and Bachillerato Español) and this first year i got a 9.54. Do yo think I could make it with this score? I’m aware I would be competing against brilliant students.
I really am stressed because I still have to take the CAE exam (I have the FCE but it’s not accepted) and in case I did have to take the SAT, I wouldn’t be prepared at all.
Also, do you guys know if it’s easy to get financial aid, at least for the years in Columbia (as an international student)?
