Do they send out all the interview emails at once or over the course of the next couple of days up until the 15th?
Is anyone else having trouble filling out the form to sign up for an interview?
I’m having trouble too… I can’t get the keyboard up to fill it out
YES ME TOO. I can’t fill in all the fields except for one it’s so weird
It seems like the first emails came out this morning? Here’s hoping that more roll out tomorrow…so that I can stop refreshing the page
@AllisonNelson Hi! Sorry to be bothering you again especially at this weird timing, but after reading the following revealing comment on a Facebook page: “…The regional campuses of Sciences Po are, in my opinion, a far cry from what you’d get on an American campus. The quality of teaching varies greatly: instruction in math is particularly bad, the Comparative Constitutional Law lecturer from last semester was incomprehensible, and my political theory professor from last semester still has not returned essays which were turned in last September. The professors and TAs are seldom around, and generally are not very invested in the campus; most of them are in Paris and only come to campus once a week for a couple of hours, then immediately go back to Paris.
The administration often seems as if it is making things up on the fly, and is not really on top of things. Nobody knows when the course drop deadline is, or what courses will be available next year, or which curricular requirements are actually enforced. It’s often very difficult to get into the classes you want, and on a similar note, there aren’t a lot of resources available to you. You’re completely in the dark with regard to internships, and academic/career advising is completely unheard of.
TL;DR: Sciences Po didn’t want to send anybody to teach in person at Menton, so their intro political science lecture this semester is being held via video link from Reims.” I want to know more about this person’s and perhaps others’ concerns. While I’m aware that most people say that the pros of such a special program far outweigh the cons of the administration and I’m probably going to talk to this person myself, I want to ask if you still remember anything from talking to this student or anyone else before your interview last year? Thank you for your help once again!
Hello. I just got an invitation to interview, and I am applying to the Le Havre campus. I was wondering of the current Dual BA students had any interview advice for this particular interview. Thanks!
For people who received an interview thus far, which campuses did you apply to?
I applied to Reims!
I got invited for an interview and I applied to Menton.
I applied to Reims, too!
What does it mean if we haven’t received any emails yet? Does it mean we didn’t get an interview or are they simplying sending out emails at different times?
I applied to le Harve! Anybody know what regional events we should brush up on for the interview?
@queen67 did you check your application status on the Columbia Science Po website?
@jazatz2 yea but it’s exactly the same as it was before
@Jazatz2 What is your application status? I got an invitation and my status is still “Submitted” …
Mine still says Submitted, my point was as long as it doesn’t say rejected you may still be invited for an interview they may still be choosing some people who are on the fence… I don’t know though for certain. I suppose February 15th you’ll know for certain.
Is anyone applying to the Menton campus? Or does anyone have knowledge of the Menton campus? I am concerned from the previous post…
@queen67 You most likely aren’t getting an interview I think. That doesn’t mean admissions or not though, since a few people do get in without an interview. And apparently you still get emails so I guess watch out for those.
Did anybody receive an email that denied them of an interview?
