<p>I am graduating class of 2009, and have already taken the SAT. But I Was wondering when does the score choice come into effect? Although I am done with the SAT my brother, class of 2010, will also be taking it when school starts. If he takes the SAT in October will he still have the option to send the scores to the college of his choice? Or does this only come into play in March of 2009. Also I have also taken the SAT twice, and would prefer the colleges to see my later score, I dont think I have that option but is it possible? I took the May SAT.</p>
<p>There was a thread about it....I think for anyone who graduates in 2010, it will apply anytime they take it, even Octoboer or May. Not sure though.</p>

<p>If your brother takes it in October and chooses not to send his scores to colleges right at that time, he can take advantage of the system. As long as you choose to send your scores after February of 2009, you should be able to choose which ones will be used.</p>
<p>Ok thanks, but I wouldnt have the option as my scores were sent. And if he (my brother) chooses not to send his Oct. score, he doesnt haveto right?...bump</p>
