Hey! I've been doing some practice tests from PR Cracking the ACT Book and Kaplan. I am getting in the 30-32 range. I'm going to be a junior this year and am hoping to get a lot of practice. What do you think will I get on the real thing? Thanks in advance.

it’s usually pretty diagnostic of the real test :)

Probably around a 27-33 would be my guess.

thank you!

on kaplan tests i was consistently scoring 2 points lower than what i got on the real thing

i don’t recommend doing kaplan.

^ I second that. It is fraught with errors.

Oh i know, My sister suggested it because she scored high on the GRE with it i think. But it seemed like their strategies were really broad

I have heard the PR Book is generally a tougher than the real test. “The Real ACT Prep Guide” is the only book out that has REAL past ACT tests.

Ok so which book is the best??? I hear bad things about all of them, but which is the best???

The Real ACT Prep Guide one is the best one out there currently.

PR for studying. Real ACT book for practicing
