Basically, I was wondering whether or not I should just send March SAT scores or both March and January scores. (Only took 2 times overall)

March:
Math - 740
Critical Reading - 790
Writing - 760
Total - 2290

January:
Math - 800
Critical Reading - 650 (Uggg)
Writing - 740
Total - 2190

I know colleges superscore meaning that if I were to send both, I would get 2350, but wouldnt the first test look really bad considering the CR score? Should I just go with the March test alone?

I say send them both (for superscore purposes). I took the SAT 4 times and all my colleges received all 4 scores (including my first SAT test score in which I received a 620 on CR), and it didn’t make a difference (I got into Princeton). They’ll take the highest score of your tests.

So, I’d send them both if I were in your situation.

When colleges say they superscore, do they combine the scores electronically or something so that they don’t even see all the scores, or do the admission officers see all your scores but only consider the best?
