Hey guys, I took the October SAT and did worse on it than my first one. On the first one I got a 2270 with scores of Cr-680, M-790, W-800. On the second one I got scores of CR-690, M-770, W-700. I'm really disappointed in these scores since my combined score would be 2160. I retook the exam to improve my CR score and did so by only 10 points. Will this look really bad? Is it o.k. if I choose not to rush the scores to Stanford in hopes of them receiving the scores after they consider my application? Is there any other way out of this?

Do not worry. They will be using the highest scores for each section…so…the top cumulative score will actually be 2280 since your CR went from 680 to 690. You have a very competitive cumulative score…

Thanks so much! I’m freaking out right now, I needed that :)
