I am on the pre mba track, and would like to know which one is more respectable for job recruitment? will be at steinhardt in the fall but hoping to switch schools during sophomore year. I will also be minoring in business
I know that Econ at CAS sounds better within NYU and is the most closely related thing to stern, but I am leaning more towards a business major rather than econ because econ talks a lot about theory. I’m taking micro/macro right now, and even though I am pretty good at econ, I am not the best at theory.
If I go to SCPS for the management major, I will enjoy my major more and I think the workload is easier? However, I feel as if the competition is not as strong and CAS is a better school. At the end of the day though, both schools are part of NYU so does it really matter lol
Which school should I consider transferring into if I want to end up on Wall Street or have a well respected job for business?
