Just came back from my SL maths IB mock exam, and I'm pretty sure I've messed it up big time. I still have a chance to save my predicted grade, which is based not only on the junior year mocks / end of year papers, but also on other holistic elements, and based on how well I do in senior year. Regardless, if I get a bad grade for my mocks, which pulls down my GPA, how much will this matter for universities? I'm freaking out a little, but will move on to revising for my next exams tomorrow in a few minutes... >< just wanted to know.

It depends on how poorly your talking about.
If you seriously bombed the exam (you got a 3 when you expected a 6 or something) then yes it will mess with your GPA.
If you only slightly messed up (say you got a 5 when you expected a 6 or something) then it won’t have too much effect.

I really don’t know… I had terrible time management. I was looking for a high 6, now I’m pretty sure I scored a 4 or 5. I’m crossing my fingers :/
