Screwed up on Teacher Evaluation forms

<p>So it seems that I gave the same teacher evaluation form (TE-1) to both of my recommenders. I have a few more days to work this out before the Nov 1st early deadline (if possible), but in case those forms are sent out as they are, how badly would my application be affected?</p>

<p>Note: I have to mail everything.</p>

<p>Edit: Just looked at the two forms in PDF on CommonApp.org and they look identical (both say TE-1 on the first page and TE-2 on the second page)...maybe there is no difference between them then?</p>

<p>There are no differences between the TE-1 and the TE-2 form except for the notation that identifies them as 1 or 2. You should be fine. Good luck!</p>

<p>TE 1 and TE 2 are identical. Colleges will count what they have rather than rely on numbers. You’re fine.</p>
