SDSU vs SFSU Accounting graduate program

So I’m an undergraduate first year at SDSU pursing an accounting degree. Upon graduation, I want to purse a career in accounting, specifically a CPA. I am on pace to graduate SDSU my third year, and I intend on doing so. Since you only need 120 units to graduate, and you need 150 units before taking the CPA exam, I would need to go to graduate school for a masters in accounting to accumulate 30 more units. Since I am from San Francisco, I am considering their masters in accounting program. Both programs take only about one year to finish requirements to graduate. Let’s say I get into both programs, which school would be the better choice?
