Hi! I just got accepted to both universities as a transfer student. My major in SDSU is international business and in UCB is political economy. It is obvious that Berkeley is a more prestigious school, and I would love to go there. The problem here is that I was classified as an out of state in Berkeley and in state in SDSU. Out of state tuition is just crazy! but I really think that it is worth the cost. SDSU tuition is pretty acceptable. What would you do? Of course Berkeley is my dream school but the difference in costs is what makes me think about my decision.
Touch choice.
I would check this out:

You have to do the math whether you are okay with the jobs that come out of UCB and paying OOS tuition vs. the jobs at SDSU and paying in-state tuition.
I also recommend you don’t major in international business, if you go to SDSU. I would major in Accounting or MIS and minor in a foreign language. Your job prospects would be much better.
