Waiting to hear about SEAP for Summer 2019. If you hear anything, please post.

I haven’t heard anything yet, has anyone else?
I haven’t either. In SC but applied for Stennis Space Center in MS and Naval Research Laboratory in SC
Same, haven’t heard anything. Please post if you get an acceptance or rejection.
I haven’t heard anything either. I know that last year they sent out emails by Jan 31. Has anyone heard anything?
Heard from 1 that I didn’t get it. Waiting for another.
Which one? And was it a letter or an email?
Does anyone know if they still do phone interviews? I know they used to do them but idk about now.
Someone should contact the SEAP office. I heard that in the past they started notifying in Dec and were done in January, but I can’t verify.
Any updates?
I received an acceptance email in late December from one location I applied to. I tried contacting the other location’s coordinator, but no luck, so I accepted the offer from first location. I didn’t have to do an interview. Hope this helps!
My daughter emailed to ask when notifications would be sent and received this reply on 4/7/19
"All notifications for this summer’s SEAP program will be going out soon. Every applicant will receive an email.
Sincerely,
The SEAP Team"
That’s interesting… I’m not sure why acceptance emails were so much earlier from Indian Head, MD. I guess I’ll never know if I was accepted in the other location I applied to…
I e-mailed mid January and got the exact same thing. It’s likely it’s an automated response. I would suggest e-mailing coordinators at the specific labs you applied for since it seems like some have sent out acceptance and rejection e-mails and others have not
I just e-mailed ONR and they sent this back
All notifications for this summer’s SEAP program will be going out later today.
Sincerely,
The SEAP Team
just got rejected
Any ideas what labs are least competitive?
How about the most competitive labs?
Can one just say “I’ll go anywhere, just take me, take me, take me!!!”
