Season Tickets

Michigan doesn't play Indiana this year :/

Besides, we'd beat you this year.

I know we don't play Indiana this year...little bummed, I should be able to hit an away game at every school but Indiana by the time I graduate.

So I ordered mine at 8:30 on the dot. My only question is: When do they charge the credit card you used? When they ship the tickets?

I'm so excited. I was going to get tickets with some people from my HS, but last minute I think we all decided to get tickets randomly. My logic was that I'd meet and make friends with people at the game. Sitting together and bonding as Michigan vies for the Big Ten title.

If I wait until the deadline to purchase tix, would I be too late??

Could be too late. If they run out of student tickets, you are out of luck. Last year they tried to accomodate the demand by placing the late students around the stadium in random areas. It just depends on what they are willing to do! If you want football tickets, I would suggest using a credit card, take advantage of the 'float' time when your charge is due and get the tickets ordered. In Ann Arbor, you will learn to not procrastinate!

Can students buy tickets on a game per game basis? I'm hesitant about buying season tickets becuase I don't know if I'll want to go to every game.

Every seat in Michigan Stadium is a season ticket seat. You can't buy individual game tickets. There's a very long waiting list for season tickets.

I would just buy tickets through other students if you don't plan on season tickets. Be warned though, you likely won't get tickets to the big games unless you pay above face value (talking about Wisconsin and Michigan State, as well as maybe Illinois and Utah).

rkbgt, there's a group on facebook called Mtrade where you can purchase tickets from other students (a lot of the times they're pretty cheap). It's much easier then running around on gameday trying to buy one from some random dude off the street.
