Seattle Pacific University

I am currently a student at Washington State. I'd like to transfer to a school near Seattle because that is where I am from. After having completed my freshman year, my cumulative GPA is currently 1.90. However, it will likely be raised after this semester. My SAT score was around 1600, I believe.

Due to my GPA, I am ineligible to transfer to Seattle University or the University of Washington. I therefore have deduced that Seattle Pacific University would be my next best option.

Does anyone know what my chances of successfully transferring to this university would be? I see no GPA requirements on their website.

My next question is whether or not I should transfer at all to this university. Should one consider WSU-SPU a downgrade?

Thanks
