Wasn't really sure where to post this, but...

If you graduate college with a Bachelors and then decide to go back to school for another Bachelors, do you have to complete general education requirements again? Or can you just do your major work and get the degree? And how long does that take?

Just wondering..

Thanks!

It depends on whether you are returning to the school from which you earned your first bachelor’s degree. Not all schools grant second bachelor’s degrees and there is practically no funding available for them. If you go to a new school, you will likely have to complete their degree in its entirety, though you’ll likely receive transfer credit. By regional accreditation requirements, I believe you must complete something like a minimum of 32 hours of credit from a school (independent of transfer credit) in order to earn a degree their.

Is this a useless question?
