I know it's possible to go back to college for engineering, but how do you go about it? I have a bachelor's degree already, but I don't think I would get into the engineering college right away because I have to complete the prerequisites. Can you go back to a 4 year university after already completing a degree to just take courses, or do you have to go to a community college? I've heard of some colleges not letting you apply undecided and making you choose a major if you apply as a transfer, but it's not possible in this case.

Also, if you start a second degree, does the GPA from the previous degree/previous classes affect it, or does it just not count?
