mminsa, I live in Lima. What are you doing in Ancash btw?

Macarenaps, I’m working with a missionary family here. I’m mainly translating for construction teams and working in the villages around Huaraz.

That is so awesome. Huaraz is a BEAUTIFUL place, I really love it. Are you applying to Harvard as well?

Yes I am, I had to do my interview through Skype too! I applied last year and was waitlisted, so my chances of acceptance are slim though. And yes, Huaraz is beautiful. I’m loving having the “White Mountains” to one side and the “Black Mountains” on the other. It’s a big change from living near sea level with flat plains all around.

I suppose it is, the air is dryer and it weather is different. Hope to see you next fall… imagine that! hahahaha

Has anyone heard of an admissions officer named Patrick Griffin? Supposedly he’s going to be conducting the interviews for my area…

I hope we somehow both get in

Me too… :)

GL to everybody Of course I guess not EVERYONE can get in… but I’m rooting for CCers above all else :P

HAHAHHA CCers YES WE CAN! Lets just think that whatever comes our way, and wherever we are accepted, its because its meant to be that way.
