okay, my grades have kind of dropped this semester. like, in 2 of my AP classes, it is possible i might get like…78% for the semester. my grade in english went fown from an A to a B. i don’t know, it was just a combination of so much more work and senioritis. do you think i’ll lose my acceptance to BU if my grades drop?

During my senior year, my English AP grade dropped from a B to a C, however, if it helped any, I scored a 5 on the AP test, but nothing happened to me. If their is a significant change, like you are an A/B student who all of a sudden gets straight c's, then is the time to worry. Congrats on your acceptance, I know you'll have the time of your life here.

yeah. thats what im worrying about
i used to get all As. and stuff
now i have C in ap calc..and many high b's in some other classes.....
only 3 weeks left till graduation .im really screw now..do you guys think i will lose my acceptance to bu? bc of my second semester grade?

You're probably okay, although I would definately make sure the grades don't go lower than a C. I would NOT recommend calling BU or drawing attention to your file or your grades in any way. If they find out, they find out but there's no need for you to point it out for them...Hang in there! You're almost done!

Also, forgot to mention, although this is pushing the limits...I was an A/B student for the four years of high school until my junior year when I got a D, yes a D in AP AB Calc. I rebounded however during senior year back to those A's and B's, with that one C, and I was fine. Have fun with your senior activities.

Guys, don't worry about C's senior year. Acceptances are RARELY rescinded, and usually only in dramatic cases. In a school with 18,000 undergraduates, I think you can feel secure that no one is going to be checking up on every accepted students senior year grades.

haha nevermind getting a D in an AP class..i got a D twice in honors level math classes hahah...once in precalc and once this year in calc lol whoops. i also got a lot of C's and fun stuff like that, and none of those C's were in AP classes either haha so its even worse. buuut yeah if i got in (and in the regular university, not CGS or whatever) with those grades beforehand, you guys probably have nothing to worry about for 2nd semester grades of senior year, lol

thanks so much, everyone.

Ya, thank you... Your comments have def eased my worries. :)
