Second Semester grades

Hey everyone,

So, Im pretty much a super nerdy kid not going to lie, and this semester I did pretty well for a second semester senior. But, my physics grade died because, not trying to blame others, my teacher really was not good and I ended up with a C - _ - So basically my final grades are B, A, B, C, B. All of them are AP or IB classes, and my overall GPA is well above a 4.0.

So my problem here is that I was recently accepted to UCLA and Im going to go there next year. But, can someone give me some assurance that my acceptance will not be repealed because right now I am really really really reallllllly scared that it will be. Thanks to whoever responds!!

I think as long as you don’t get a D you’ll be fine…but I don’t know where the cutoff is.

anyone else have any information about this??

Quickly googling “UCLA rescinded admissions,” I found this discussion: [AdmissionsBoards.com - Ask AdmissionsConsultants](http://www.admissionsboards.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20&whichpage=38). According to this thread (which is mostly anecdotal evidence, I admit), UCLA will consider rescinding your admission if your unweighted GPA falls below 3.0 or if you receive a D or F in any class. Under this policy, you seem to be fine. I wouldn’t worry that much about a C.
