<p>Does UMd require secondary school report form from the counselor in addition to the transcript and the counselor and teacher recommendation letter?</p>

<p>In the Common application menu, there is a whole section called "to the secondary school counselor" I know Umd doesn't use common app, but do i need to submit it?</p>

<p>Also, for the schools that do use common application, do I have to print out the secondary school counselor section and give it to the counselor in an envelope? Or do I just give them the envelope with the school address so they can just put the transcript and send?</p>

<p>yes, you have to print it out and give it to your guidance counselor. it should be on umd’s website.</p>
