Secondary School Report?

So apparently, colleges require transfer applicants to have their high schools send secondary school reports along with their transcripts.

However, I looked at the form and a few of the questions don't apply (Current Year courses). Furthermore, I barely had contact with my guidance counselor and I doubt he remembers me from 2 years ago, let alone enough to actually write a recommendation about me.

Also, I have to check off whether I agree or not to a waiver and physically sign it in person. However, I have no way of getting back to my high school right now and physically handing them a copy. I can only send them it over the internet.

Any thoughts?

Just call your Guidance Counselor. I did, she said they had a standard reply for transfer applicants. You’re not the first.

Maybe you could email counselor with waiver.

I’m not sure where you’re applying, but I called a school that “requires” the secondary school report, and the office said that it was not required, but you could send it in if you wanted.

You leave anything specific to high school blank.

You don’t need “Current coursework” or “Counselor recommendation”

The thing that matters are #of AP offered, IB, rank, etc.
