I am currently a freshmen enrolled at Penn State University. However, I ABSOLUTELY HATED Penn State. I am seeking admission as a tranfer student for spring 2006. I sent in my mid term grades, a good eassy (that's what my friend told me) and a good recommendations from my adviser. I listed my grades below:

Honors Composition A-
Microeconomics B
Macroeconomics A
Into to Technology NO GRADE AT THIS POINT

I applied to the following schools,

SUNY at Albany, Rochester Institute of Technology, Cornell University, Fordham University, University of Maryland at College Park and University of Hawaii at Hilo.

What are the chances of getting in to the schools I listed above? Which school will I definitely be rejected (or probably)? I apperciate anyone who may answer my question. Thanks a lot folks!

Gee Coolant I hate Penn State also. I'm a freshman and I'm looking to transfer for next year . I want to go to a city such as Boston, New York, Los Angeles, or Phoenix etc...

I'm planning on applying to Boston University, Boston College, NYU, Pepperdine and UCLA

At least I am not the only guy who HATES Penn State! Well good luck with your transfer process. (Don't worry, there are a lot of business schools better than Smeal)!

Well, it would be helpful to know your HS grades (as well as SAT scores)? Which Penn State do you attend? What is your state are you originally from and where you declare residency?

These are all HUGE factors when a freshman transfer applies to any college.

Heyz,
My residency is California, and I currently enrolled at Penn State McKeesport. My HS GPA wasn't that great, it is around a 3.0 and SAT is around (verbal: 600 and math is 650).
