Selective schools that have great music/jazz scenes?

Hello! I'm a rising senior who will be applying to schools this year. I'm making a school list right now, but I need some help. I'm looking at lots of reach schools like UChicago, Northwestern, Penn, Yale, and etc. I'm having trouble in finding a school with a very active music (instrumental and jazz) scene.

My stats are:
-2300 SAT
-3.99 unweighted GPA
-10APs by senior year
-Very active extra curriculars

I've been involved with my high school's music program for the whole time, in depth. I don't plan to major in music(Maybe a minor at the most), but I'd love to keep it in my life after graduating.

I'm looking for schools with students active in music(especially jazz and wind ensemble music), schools with many musical opportunities or schools near musically active cities! I'd love to join jazz combos, jazz bands and wind ensembles.

Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Wesleyan, Vanderbilt, UT-Austin.

Williams has an excellent and well funded music department and offers many performance opportunities even to non-majors. We knew a couple of jazz sax players there. They were not music majors but were very active in Williams jazz ensemble and small jazz groups.

I would also agree with Wesleyan.

We forgot Oberlin. Though it’s mostly known for its conservatory, I’m sure there are a lot of jazz aficionados, too.

Beautiful new jazz building at Oberlin, with non-conservatory students able to take lessons (typically from upper level students, or can be accepted by audition to study with conservatory faculty) and participate in ensembles etc.
