I just registered for 2 online AP courses. It is now Jan. 15 and the AP exams start in may. I am going to start studying now, but i feel like 14 weeks aren’t enough to self study completely new courses that i never took. The courses are AP Environmental Science and AP Comparative Government. So what i want to know is, is it possible to ace both tests and finish the courses? Or do i not have enough time since people usually start in like September.
I studied the night before for APES using the Princeton book and got a 5. Not sure about Govt.
I am self studying for 3 exams this year: Bio, Psych and Micro and have taken none of the classes. Sure it’s a bit of a challenge but I’m not too worried.
Study hard and you can do it!
And people wonder why top colleges do not give credit for APES
For the OP, AP Comp Gov is often taught as a semester course, so you have enough time. APES, as I implied above, is not considered to be one of the most challenging AP courses, so you probably have enough time there as well. Good luck.
