Hi, I’m a freshman currently taking the Khan Academy online AP Biology course with the hopes of scoring a 4 or 5 on the exam in May. AP Bio is not offered at my hs so i decided to take a course online (concurrently taking H biology at my hs). I really need opinions on which review book(s) to get in addition to studying the entire course. Also, if anyone has experience with the course and how it prepared them for the exam, or any other suggestions, please let me know!
Why are you doing this? You won’t get HS credit for the class. You may or may not get credit for the AP Bio class in college. It won’t be useful for college admissions.
I’d like to do it for my own personal knowledge, and to give me a more solid background when I begin my biomedical research this summer, as I aspire to continue on a pre-med track during college. @bopper
