I'm planning on taking regular Calculus my junior year. Sadly, I didn't qualify for AP Calculus AB, which is the only AP Calculus class my school offers. So I was planning on self studying AB while taking regular Calculus. Then I figured, what the heck. Why not just self study BC my senior year? I asked the AP Calculus teacher if that was do able and he said there MIGHT be a BC class when I'm a senior. So I'd just take that. My question is if the BC class falls through, is it manageable to self study BC when I'm a senior after taking regular Calculus? If I do self study, is it worthwhile to take an online BC course?
Thanks and sorry if this is worded weirdly.

It’s very feasible to self-study AP Calc AB while taking reg Calc. Ask the AP Calc AB teacher if he is willing to help you if you have questions about the AP material. If you pass AP Calc AB with flying colors (at least a 4, but preferably a 5) then I would make your decision whether or not you should take AP Calc BC.

I suggest taking a class that is equivalent to AP Calc BC at a local community college the summer between junior year->senior year. (equivalent is usually calc II)
