Self Studying AP Exams?

Well, I haven't taken any AP exams and I want to have a good chance at a decent college. I am also in my Junior year.

I think I'm going to self study some classes such as:
AP Calculus AB
AP Physics B
AP Biology
AP Statistics
AP Language and Composition

and then for History...
I'm not sure to self study any History courses because I'm not really interested in History and I want to do something with math and science.
If need to I could self study AP US History 1-2, AP Euro or AP Human Geography

Do you think this is doable if I do this? I obviously don't plan to do ALL of them, but I hope to do some of these.
Besides that, should I self study AP Physics B since it's not accepted and just go straight to AP Physics C?

Self-studying for admissions purposes is kind of overrated (and I self-studied four tests last year). Colleges don’t expect you to take AP tests your school doesn’t offer a class for. Your time would be better spent on extracurriculars, thinking about essays, etc. Unless you have a special interest in these subjects or plan to go to a college that will grant a lot of credit for them, I don’t really see the point.

Biology is pretty self study friendly, especially from what the new format looks like.

I’m doing AP Cal BC right now, but it’s with a tutor who’s really good, so I wouldn’t do that, if I were you. Same for Physics B. I’m pretty sure the curricula for B and C are pretty different, but C is cal based, so if you have a good cal base, then I’d say go for C.

I hear Stats is pretty easy, too. Not sure about Lang/Comp.
