Self-studying Geometry?

I am going to try to study Geometry until August so I can accelerate to Algebra 2 next year. What resources are available? Are there any online courses I could take that would fit into my timeframe? Are there exceptional textbooks?

We are using Thinkwell for math. They have a full middle school and high school math curriculum, including geometry. The videos are both informative and entertaining. There are online exercises as well as printable worksheets.

Every once in awhile Thinkwell goes on sale at the homeschool buyers coop site. Otherwise it is, I think, $120 for a year.

you can buy the Art of Problem Solving’s Intro to Geometry book for about 60-70 including the solutions manual. I doubt you can do much better than that.

Khan Academy is a really good resource for pretty much everything. The videos are all free on YouTube.

@yearstogo I looked around at their offerings, and I looked at the pretest. I was only able to get 4/6 right, so that may be a problem given the timeframe.

Thinkwell is great and the instructor is super.

We supplemented with the very solid textbook Geometry-A Guided Inquiry, by G. D. Chakerian and the Math without Borders Home Study companion interactive DVD.
