Self-Studying This Late?!

I’ve been planning on self-studying for a while, but due to a lot of different circumstances I haven’t been able to get my hands on prep material until now. The exams I plan on taking are:

Art History
Macroeconomics
Microeconomics
Environmental Science
European History (taking the class)
Comparative Government
Human Geography
Psychology
World
Possibly Statistics and Physics 1
From what I’ve read, most of these exams are pretty easy, which is why I decided to take them, then save the harder ones for later. I can ask for help from a teacher prepping for the exams on Environmental Science (3rdish year teaching, excellent scores), Statistics (longtime teacher with excellent scores), World (retiring after this year, most student don’t take the exam but often get 2’s and 3’s), and Psychology (longtime terrible teacher, low scores), and possibly Physics 1 (longtime teacher of Physics C, know her from an EC). I finally got my hands on prep books for each exam, so would studying for them and doing well (shooting for National/State AP Scholar if at all possible) be reasonable?

Like, all this year? Seems like one of the most ridiculous ideas I have heard on CC. Pick a couple – and you should have started earlier.

“ridiculous ideas” are harsh words. But I must agree in this case.

No way bud. Pick 2 of them to focus on. Maybe 2 is even too much. Why don’t you just take them in your school, since it seems like you have AP classes?

Winning the crown for the most AP tests, will not make you that more appealing to selective schools. Schools would prefer to see you take the AP classes/tests that your school offers, not self studying. Self studying is only helpful if you have no access to AP courses or for your own educational benefit. I agree with the above posters and select 2.
