SEMO? (Southeast Missouri State)

My D was sent a brochure by SEMO and they have an interdisciplinary major she’s very interested in - Global Cultures and Anthropology, I think it’s called, with either an Anthro or Foreign Languages focus.

After looking into it, it seems she’d qualify for a very nice merit scholarship (even w/o the scholarship, it’s very affordable for us.)

H and I know nothing about this school. (and I have learned so far, that means nothing regarding the school’s qualities, )

Anyone familiar with SEMO? What is it like?

She’s been admitted to SIU and we are visiting there later this month - SEMO is an hour away, and I thought we’d swing by there, too.
