For UCs, are you required to send a score report for AP tests so they can verify your self-reported scores? If so, where do you send them from? I couldn’t find anything on the College Board website about sending AP scores.

No you don't have to send AP scores from collegeboard. They trust your self-reported scores on your application.

But I also have a question on how to send AP scores from collegeboard. Does anyone know how?

You will need to send official AP records to the campus you decide to enroll at. For the UC campuses these scores will not be due until July 15 which gives plenty of time for the May exams of your senior year to be graded. When you enroll for the May exams you should be able to request which school(s) to have your scores sent to. If you need additional copies of these scores you would need to contact College Board. Please refer to this site: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/exgrd_rep.html

So when we enroll for May exams and request which school we want the score sent to, collegeboard sends the scores for previous AP exams taken also?

What I have seen yes. I would check with College Board to make sure.
