Sending 2 letters of rec instead of 1

<p>I gave both of my teachers who are writing my recommendation the same list of colleges I am applying to. However, a few of these colleges only require one letter.
It even says on one of the college's website "We do not encourage additional letters of recommendation"</p>

<p>So my question is, will it count against me/seem obnoxious if both my teachers send a letter of rec to the school? Or do they know that some schools only require one rec? How does it work? Should i have asked for only one teacher to write some of them? help!</p>

<p>bump, I’m interested in this as well. I had an impossible choice between two teachers for my one letter of rec, and I know the teachers would show two different (both good) sides to me</p>
