<p>Okay so UPenn, which I'm EDing on, requires that all scores (ACT and SAT) be sent to them.
My questions are:
1) Do I need to register online to send the score BY November 1st (the deadline) or do they have to be RECEIVED by November 1st? (If they have to be received by November 1st, does anyone know what I should do, because I'm screwed as I haven't sent them yet...)
2) I signed up to take SAT Subject tests on November 15th, which is after my deadline. Do I still need to send those scores to Penn? </p>
