Sending ACT Scores to UCs

I got a 27, 28, and 30. I sent the 28 and 30, should I bother sending the 27? They "require" all scores but paying $10 to show them my worst score doesn't make a lot of sense. What do you guys think about not sending my 27?

Also, I only need to send my ACT scores to a single UC, right? I hear conflicting information on this, I'm pretty sure I'm correct but I want to make sure. I'll probably call them tomorrow but it's nice to know tonight. :P

Finally, UCs' standardized test score deadlines are supposedly in a couple days according to the Collegeboard website. Are they lenient with this? They won't get any of my standardized test scores for a few weeks because I ordered them a few days ago.

Thanks for the info.

You only need to send 1 ACT score, you best one obviously. You can send it to any campus and the rest will get it.

Ah, ok that sounds very good. I’ll see if I can tell them not to send my 28 then.
