So they give me an option to send it via email. I’m a bit confused by this. Does this mean I can send them transcripts/scores I can get from my college websites etc. (I believe they are unofficial where I can download it as pdf version and send it to email) I’m a bit confused because my transcripts orders are done through mail I believe, but emailing seems the best because it will be much faster. Should I just submit my unofficial ones right now and also tell my colleges to send them the trasncripts to this email address? Do they do that?
Thanks!

That email isn’t for you, it is for the high school and college(s). I am sure Tulane and all schools know when something is sent by email and is official, i.e. from the authoritative source. I am not sure if all high schools and colleges send transcripts by email, although I suspect they do since Tulane has a specific email address to receive them. But in any case sending your unofficial ones won’t help. You need to have the office at your high school and the registrar at your college send transcripts directly ASAP, and send your order to either College Board or ACT to have your scores sent.

I’m am transferring… And I got this to my email address?

Well yes, they aren’t going to contact your schools for you. It is always the responsibility of the transfer student to have all needed materials sent. They are simply providing you with the information to pass on to the people at those schools. You don’t need it for the SAT or ACT because as you know, for that process you fill in the school’s code number. But they charge for sending the scores. Who did you think was going to pay for it? In fact, now that I mention this, some schools charge to send your transcripts. I think most have a certain number free, but I am sure it varies by school. By which I mean college. I imagine your high school will send them for free.

I suppose the wording

would be better worded as “If you have not yet had these documents sent to us…”, but that is what is meant.

FYI, it is the same if you choose to go to grad school or professional school. It is entirely on you to have transcripts sent to all the schools to which you are applying (and this is where the limit of free transcripts usually becomes a factor), as well as the GRE/LSAT/MCAT/GMAT scores.

Hi There. Will do. Just wondering what are the required classes for Tulane Transfers before transferring? I can’t seem to find this online, and I just wanted to double check. I applied as a transfer as Mathematics major btw. Thank you so much for your time.!

I don’t know that there are required classes for transfers, but the admissions person for transfers would know.
